Step 2: Fixing Lotion for Lash Lifts & Brow Lifts
Ruthie Belle's Fixing Lotion lowers pH to neutralize lifting lotion, closing the cuticles to "fix" hair permanently in its new shape.
Specially formulated in Italy with hydrogen peroxide rather than sodium bromate (a banned substance in many regions), it acts like a conditioner to keep lashes and brows healthy, strong, and hydrated.

Lash Lift Usage
After the (Step 1) lifting lotion has finished processing, it’s time to neutralize its effects and give the lashes their final shape with (Step 2) fixing lotion.
For the most even lift, begin application at the inner corner of the eye and work outward, as inner corner lashes are thinner and require less processing time.
Processing Time: 6-10 minutes
The Rule: Always process the Fixing Lotion for exactly two minutes less than you processed the lifting lotion, up to a maximum of 10 minutes.
- Example: If you lifted for 12 minutes, fix for 10 minutes.
- Example: If you lifted for 16 minutes, you must still stop at 10 minutes.

Brow Lift Usage
After lifting, sculpt the brows into your desired shape by applying Fixing Lotion across the entire eyebrow using a lami brow brush. Be sure to brush gently to prevent skin irritation.
Processing Time: 4–6 minutes.
The Rule: Always process the Fixing Lotion for two minutes less than the lifting lotion.
