New Zealand Orders
All orders are sent via NZ Post Overnight Courier.
- Urban is $5.90 incl GST.
- Rural is $9.90 incl GST.
- All orders over $99 receive FREE NZ Post Overnight shipping.
Delivery times are next business day for most addresses in New Zealand (allow 1-3 working days for rural addresses).
We ship orders out Monday to Friday (excluding Public holidays). Overnight delivery is Monday to Friday only (does not include Saturday delivery).
Orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for Overnight delivery (otherwise your order will be picked up by NZ Post on the following business day).
Note: Oversize items such as LED Lash Lamps may take 1 to 2 extra days to arrive to South Island addresses.

Note: If you order on Saturday or Sunday your order will ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Saturday delivery is available for an extra fee of $5 (incl GST). Simply add a Saturday Delivery Charge to your cart.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Paraparaumu (located 50km north of Wellington) within 1 business day of receiving payment.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been picked & packed.
Signature on Delivery is required for all orders over $50. Authority to leave can be requested by adding a note to your order however Lash Pro NZ will be unable to assist in the event that your order is lost.
Chatham Islands & Stewart Island delivery is available but additional charges will apply. Contact us for details.
