New Zealand Orders
- All orders are sent via NZ Post Overnight for $5.90 including GST.
- No extra fee for rural delivery addresses.
- All orders over $99 receive FREE NZ Post Overnight shipping.
- Delivery times are next business day for most addresses in New Zealand (rural addresses may take longer).
- We ship orders out Monday to Friday (excluding Public holidays).
- Overnight delivery is Monday to Friday only (does not include Saturday delivery).
- Orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for Overnight delivery (otherwise your order will be picked up by NZ Post on the following business day).
- Oversize items such as LED Lash Lamps may take 1 to 2 extra days to arrive to South Island addresses.

Note: If you order on Saturday or Sunday your order will ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
- Saturday delivery is available for an extra fee of $4 (incl GST). Please contact us before you place your order.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Paraparaumu (located 50km north of Wellington) within 1 business day of receiving payment.
- Tracking numbers are provided via email upon order fulfillment (Track your order here).
- Signature on Delivery is required for all orders over $50. Authority to leave can be requested by adding a note to your order however Lash Pro NZ will be unable to assist in the event that your order is lost.
- Chatham Islands, Stewart Island & Waiheke Island shipping is available but additional charges will apply. Contact us for more info.
