Why can't I see Afterpay/Laybuy/Zip at checkout?
Most likely you on the Shop Pay express checkout.
Scroll down to the very bottom and tap "Check out as guest" to use the normal checkout with Afterpay, Laybuy & Zip. (see images below)
Where are you located?
Our warehouse is in Paraparaumu, 50km north of Wellington. Every product on our website that is available to order is in our warehouse in Paraparaumu, New Zealand. This means super fast delivery for you regardless of where you live in New Zealand.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are sent via NZ Post's Overnight service (next business day delivery for most addresses in New Zealand).
Note: Oversize items such as LED Lash Lamps may take 1-2 extra days to arrive for South Island delivery addresses.
Any orders placed before 3pm (NZST) Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched same day.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Lash Pro NZ is online only, however we do offer extremely fast shipping for $5.90 incl GST.
We also have a generous 60 day return policy so you can try our products risk free.
I want to return my order for a refund or exchange, what do I do?

Do you offer bulk buying or wholesale rates?
